Sharing a Teams Recording
Open the Teams meeting chat, click the recording, then choose Open in OneDrive.
Click Share, set access to People at Bell Conveyancing, copy the link.
In Admin, open Sessions, find the topic, paste in Video URL, set status to Recorded.

Host Preparation Guide
A quick checklist for whoever is running this week's TTT.
Before the session
Confirm you are the assigned host in the Admin area.
Plan a clear 30 minute structure: intro (2 min), walkthrough (20 min), Q and A (8 min).
Collect three to five real examples from recent matters (scrub any client identifying information before screen sharing).
Open the tool, folder or document you will demonstrate beforehand so screen sharing is instant.
Write two to three key takeaways you want everyone to remember.
Send a quick Teams reminder the morning of the session with the topic and link.
During the session
Start the Teams recording as soon as the meeting opens.
Speak slowly when demonstrating clicks and shortcuts. Say what you are clicking out loud.
Zoom your screen so fonts are readable.
Pause every few minutes for questions.
After the session
Save the recording to the TTT SharePoint folder.
Share the link via the Admin area, set the topic status to Recorded.
Send a follow up email or Teams message with the key takeaways and link to the recording.

Add Glossary Term
Add a conveyancing term, acronym or piece of jargon that gets used around the office.
Add FAQ
Add a recurring question and the agreed answer or process.
Add Resource
Add a useful document, cheat sheet, template, link or reference page for the team to find quickly.
Add Contact
Add a trusted external contact the team can refer to when we need a specialist.

Enter the master admin PIN to open the Admin area.
